Shipping policy
- How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We have a daily pick up. If your order comes in early enough, we’ll have it ready for dispatch that day, otherwise the following day of your order being placed. If your order is a pre-order, it will be dispatched the first business day after we receive our inventory.
Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.
- What delivery service do you use?
Most orders are shipped with NZ Post tracked parcel service from our South Auckland office.
For addresses in the South Island, or rural addresses, please expect 2+ days for delivery.
International orders are shipped using tracked DHL.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to New Zealand addresses for orders over $150. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the parcel and final destination. Pricing will be calculated at checkout but an outline is below.
- Hanging Plant Rack – Free shipping for orders over $150
- Hanging Tray – North Island ($6-$13 depending on location), South Island $13
- Individual Hangers - $6 nationwide
- Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a physical address within New Zealand.
- How long until I get my delivery?
We want you to have your purchase as soon as we can, and will dispatch as quickly as possible. Once we have handed your order over to our courier partners, their service targets apply.
Normally it takes 1-2 business days for Auckland Metro deliveries, or 3-7 for regional.
- How can I track my order?
As soon as our courier driver scans your parcel, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
