Who is The Mad Plantist?

The Mad Plantist was born out of the craziness of the Covid years.  I found inspiration, love and laughter in the generous, welcoming and crazily passionate house plant community!  My kind of people!

During the pandemic, I picked up one small cutting from a local Facebook page (contactless, of course) and began my journey. And so it began!

I loved learning and being creative.  My Monstera gave me the inspiration for the hanging plant rack, tray and individual hangers.  There is something special about the fenestrations of the Monstera Deliciosa - it really gives you an instant indoor jungle.  

The biophilic design is both striking and calming. I love how the black steel creates the illusion of peeking through the silhouetted foliage of a jungle.
