Who is The Mad Plantist?

The Mad Plantist was born out of the craziness over the Covid years.  I found inspiration, love and laughter in the generous, welcoming and crazily passionate house plant community!  My kind of people!

During the pandemic, I picked up one small cutting from a local Facebook page (contactless, of course) and began my journey. One led to another, and another. Then I found a Monstera plant growing in my garden behind a shed.

I loved learning and discovered being creative was good for my soul.  My Monstera gave me the inspiration for the hanging plant rack, tray and individual hangers.  There is something special about the fenestrations of the Monstera Deliciosa - it really gives you an instant indoor jungle.  

I love how the black steel creates the illusion of peeking through the silhouetted foliage of a jungle.
